Just wrapped up a 10-day solo getaway in Kotlina Kłodzka and it was brilliant. I stayed at a place with zero connectivity – no Wi-Fi, no TV and a “walk-up-the-hill” requirement for cell service thanks to some old flood damage that never got repaired.
The spot is called Zbójnicki Ostęp. It’s run by a well-known caver and is perfect if you like minimalist, nature-focused living.
I spent over a week trekking and biking, always with a rig in my pack or the mobile setup in the car. I was active on the air throughout the whole trip – every day: from the initial journey there to the final leg home. It was the perfect way to recharge.
Initial verification shows I have made over 2100 QSOs. I will prepare some statistics very soon. I will also take care of my logs and they will be uploaded to the POTA/SOTA databases and also they will be submitted to the SPFF and OKFF Managers.I will also prepare my logs for the LoTW upload.
