During the first few days of my vacation, I spent most of my time in the eastern part of the Kłodzko Valley. Now it’s time for areas located more centrally and to the west. Tomorrow (18.09) I will do more driving than hiking or biking.
I’ll start again early in the morning and head towards the village of Młoty. There are two SPFF New Ones there. The first one is the Młoty Adit SPFF-2876. The second one is the Bystrzyca Łomnicka Valley SPFF-3056/PL-2723. Both of these reserves are also valid for POTA PL-1695 (Bystrzyckie and Łomnickie Mountains). Both are located in the PGA: KV06 area. I’ll try to activate both of these areas from morning to noon but – of course – local conditions will as always dictate. Both activations will take place from parking lots. If only possible I will install my all band dipole. Otherwise I will be using mobile whips (40 and 20 meters) or a longwire.
Then, around midday, I plan to drive to the area around Lasówka. I will park my car there and then I will hike to the Torfowisko pod Zieleleńcem Reserve SPFF-0727/PL-1707 (also POTA PL-1695). PGA: KV14.
Finally, after returning to the car, I plan to operate from the parking lot as it is located in the Dzika Orlica Reserve SPFF-2374/PL-2548 (also POTA PL-1695). PGA: KV06.
